4 months

Quinn at four months...
-hellooo sleep, goodbye night feeding!!! i can't get over the fact that you're sleeping through the night my girly!  and i didn't even have to do anything to help you do it... you did it all on your own and i'm so proud :)
-in bed between 7:30pm-8pm and awake between 5:30am-6:00am.
-nursing about every 2-3.5 hours depending on if you refuse to eat or decide you want to be fussy and only nurse for a couple minutes.
-started night time sleep training at about three and half months. you did sooo much better than i thought you would and now take no more than a half hour to fall asleep on your own in your crib!
-most naps are still about 40-60 minutes with occasional long ones every few days.  depending on the length of your naps you'll take about three to four a day.  but you now stay awake longer in the evenings.
-turns out you aren't good with me eating eggs either. you poor thing screamed your head off so much i thought you might have had an ear ache or something! but good thing we figured out what it was!
-you're still not the best eater because i think you're sensitive to other things i eat but i've already cut out the major things that make you scream from a belly ache that i don't know how much more i can eliminate.  my goal is to get you to one year with breastfeeding.. but we'll see how it goes because it can get pretty stressful!
-starting to grab at things... not very good at hanging on to what you grasp but it gets better everyday!  it's so fun watching you concentrate so hard when you want your little hand to get a toy to chew on.
-you've kind of stopped rolling over as much as you used to.  now when you're on your tummy instead of rolling over when you're done you just put your head down and cry.  hmm maybe you forgot how to roll over..?
-we got you an exersaucer and you love it! you're still pretty tiny in it but you love that you can be up and looking around at your toys :) you like such a big girl in it!  and your feet surprisingly touch the bottom too!
-you don't freak out as much when we tickle you now.  you used to not know what to do but you're starting to actually laugh about it instead of get scared/annoyed.
-getting so good at falling asleep in your carseat without much fuss.  which is awesome!  we can do grocery shopping with a lot less stress now... i just keep the cart moving and cover your eyes and then do my shopping!
